Directions

From north of downtown Miami

1. I-95 south to Exit 1B - exit to right (sign reads “41 - SW 7th Street - Brickell Avenue”)
   • At bottom of ramp is traffic light - SW 7th Street - one-way west (your right)
   • Cross intersection (heading south) to next traffic light (one block) to SW 8th Street - one-way east (Shell service station on right; Papa John’s Pizza across on right)
   • Turn left (east) onto SW 8th Street and go underneath I-95
2. Heading east on SW 8th Street, proceed through seven traffic lights
   • Cross SW 3rd Avenue (McDonald’s on left)
   • Cross SW 2nd Avenue (Wachovia Bank on left; Chevron service station on right)
   • Cross SW 1st Avenue (Pogie’s Pizza Place on left; Social Security office on right)
   • Cross South Miami Avenue (Burger King on right)
   • Cross SE 1st Avenue (Eastern National Bank on left)
   • Cross Brickell Avenue / U.S. 1 (SunTrust across on left; State Trust on right; Brickell Square across on right)
   • Cross Brickell Bay Drive (sign reading: “The Four Ambassadors” and “Porcào Miami” on right)
3. Continue east onto causeway to Brickell Key (a/k/a Claughton Island)
4. Pass guardhouse on left; you need not announce yourself
   • Go ½-way around first traffic circle (you are headed north)
   • Go ½-way around second traffic circle and proceed up ramp (you are still headed north)
   • At top of ramp, turn left (west) with apartment buildings on both your right and your left (the one on the left is 701 Brickell Key Boulevard (“Courvoisier Courts”)
5. Pull under porte-cochère of the building on the left for valet parking
   • Enter and announce yourself at concierge desk
   • Suite 2306: 305-965-6787

From south of downtown Miami

1. U.S. 1 / Dixie Highway north to I-95 north to Exit 1B (exit to right: sign reads “41 - SW 7th Street - Brickell Avenue”)
   • At end of ramp is traffic light - SW 8th Street - one-way east (McDonald’s across street)
   • Turn right (east) onto SW 8th Street
2. Then follow directions in 2nd paragraph of first set of directions above, starting with “Cross SW 2nd Avenue…”
